CCTV is only useful if the right areas are covered, footage lasts long enough, and the right people can review it. We plan camera views for entrances, aisles, loading points, and other agreed spots — not a random dense grid. Before installation we confirm coverage goals, storage days, recorder or NVR location, network path, and who may view live or playback. Cabling is included in the route plan so cameras are not left on temporary Wi-Fi. Typical scope: • Camera schedule by location and purpose • Cabling to recorder or PoE switch • Recorder / NVR setup and retention settings • User accounts for viewing access • Basic operator handover Often combined with access control on the same site.
