Delivery

Five steps from scope to records.

You get a named sequence, then the records from the floor.

1

Scope

Send the site, the work, the dates, and drawings or a short scope. A district is enough if the hall name cannot be shared yet.

In your hands: Your own note, sent.

2

Crew and sequence

We answer with the crew, the order of work, and the list of records you will receive.

In your hands: That reply.

3

Entry

Engineers enter with the access-application reference.

In your hands: The reference for that visit.

4

The day

Work, materials, and test results are written against the job.

In your hands: The day’s notes, still on the job.

5

Checkout

The checkout record and the project files come back to you.

In your hands: The pack.

Sample records returned with the job.
A sample of the pack: cabinet photo, material counts, checkout.

Inside the pack

  • Cabinet photo: the dressed cabinet after the work.
  • U list: the positions used.
  • Material list: item, pieces, metres, including single-core and dual-core pigtails.
  • Round sheet: lit, unlit, or not tested, one sheet per round.
  • Checkout note: finished items and open items.
  • Project files for that job.

On the floor and in the reply we use English, Traditional Chinese, or Simplified Chinese. Say which one you want.
