Services
Four kinds of work inside a Hong Kong data hall. A job can include more than one. Each block says what happens on the floor, what is confirmed before leaving, and what you receive.

Rack and stack
On the floor
- Check the equipment against the list you sent.
- Set the U position and fit the rails.
- Mount, fasten, and label.
- Dress the cables and fit blanking panels.
- Note the power feed and the cable entry.
Before leaving
U position, power feed, and cable entry are confirmed before the next change in that cabinet.
You receive
A photo of the dressed cabinet. The U list.
Cabling, patch cords, and fiber pigtails
On the floor
- Copper routes inside the hall.
- Fiber routes inside the hall.
- Patch cords.
- Single-core pigtails and dual-core pigtails.
- Labels at both ends.
- Pieces and metres written on one list.
Before leaving
The label on one end matches the other end.
You receive
The list the next shift and the store both use: item, pieces, metres.

Pigtail tests and cabinet light checks
On the floor
- Test the pigtails.
- Check light at the near end.
- Check light at the far end.
- Mark each point lit, unlit, or not tested.
- Start a new sheet when a new round starts.
Before leaving
The sheet for that round is complete enough to hand over.
You receive
The round sheet with the job.

Emergency on-site support
On the floor
- The hall stays in service.
- You send the task and the access window.
- The crew works that task inside the window.
Before leaving
The note separates finished work from work still open.
You receive
What was done. What is still open. The first reply, before the day, says whether people can be there for that window.
On every job
- The access-application reference the hall requires, carried on entry.
- That day’s materials, tests, and checkout, filed on the same job.
- Project files returned with the pack.
